When Teresa and Jim first called us back in the early fall of 2009 they were in dire need of an update. Changes in the way their server worked and the lack of attention from their previous designer meant they had to go elsewhere and they arrived at Gonink.
We started with simple updates to the website such as content and photos, but it was soon realized that they’re method of updating was very archaic and clumsy. After some discussion on how we could help them it was decided to start all over and give them a better way to maintain the site.
Since it’s launch in October of 2009 we’ve only had to have two tech support calls and/or meetings. We believe that says a lot about the management system we use for our clients and they seem to be very thrilled with the results!
