Are you looking for a creative agency in northeast Indiana to design your company website or maybe print a high quality brochure?

My web designer left me high and dry { 1 }

When we seek out a  professional in any industry we want someone reliable, trustworthy, fair, honest, caring, understanding, and affordable. Right? Right! Okay maybe asking for all of those is a bit much…

But let’s face it, there are those times when a web designer comes in and woo’s you over with their pricing, their charm and possibly great talent and then *poof* they’re gone like a fart in the wind.

They won’t answer your emails, take your phone calls, nothing – nodda – zero – zip – zilch. Now your web site sits there stagnant for all the world to see and assume you’ve gone out of business. If your web site could collect dust and cobwebs it probably would be loaded with them by now.

Now what? Call another web designer and have him/her screw you around like this last one did? That doesn’t sound like much fun, but what else can you do? Call Gonink: Web Design & Print right now. Also know that you’re not alone and we’ve helped several clients with the exact same problem as you.

What makes us any different from the other jokers out there just itching to take your money, waste your time and frustrate you to no end? There are three things I’ve come to realize with non-professional web designers:

1.) Unreliable: If this isn’t the biggest complaint, I don’t know what would be. Time and time again I hear that emails aren’t being answered. Telephone calls are being ignored. And if they make contact with the designer they always have some sort of lame excuse. “My dog ate the web site” or “I was nearly killed rescuing a bus load of nuns from a fiery crash and needed some time alone”

2.) Honest and upfront: I pride myself on being upfront and honest with you. I’m not going to try and woo you over with a bunch of technical jargon or “geek-eeze” garble. How does that help you? Because if you can truly feel that honesty coming through, you’ll know that you can get it now and years down the road

3.) Follow-through: This goes along with #1 but if a web designer can’t follow through, what’s the point? You may be able to get in touch with your website designer all day long and he/she doesn’t come up with the lame excuse, but they still don’t get done what they say they will. Or it takes an eternity to get some of the simpler things (small text change, link removal, etc.) taken care of

If you’ve read the entire post and can relate, I’m willing to bet during the entire article you were saying to yourself “Yep! That’s exactly who is!” And if that’s the case, it’s time to give Gonink a call and see how we beat out the non-professional web designers.

    Chris Tomlinson at Gonink Design and Print saved us from an unreliable web site designer and host. On top of that he took my ideas for our new website further resulting in a top notch site as good as anyone else in our industry if not better. Thanks Chris
