I <3 humor in business
Whether you call it “LOL”,laughing, having a good time, giggling, whatever. I often find that a wee bit of humor with my clients can go a long way in creating a lasting relationship.
I enjoy website support (usually)
I have been known to create video tutorials for clients, shut down Gonink to go to their office or spend hours on the phone walking a client through their website problems. It honestly gives me pleasure helping my clients stay happy and keep their website business up and running properly.
